Wyndham Park and Queen Elizabeth Park

Start by the pavilion in Wyndham Park and follow the river north through the formal park into Queen Elizabeth Park, where open meadow and wooded edges give dogs room. Return the same way, or through the streets of the Harrowby side for a loop.

The council’s secure dog paddock at Wyndham Park doubles as a wildflower habitat and lets dogs off the lead safely once open. Away from it, the parks are open ground beside the river and a road runs close to the southern end.
