How listings work

The Grantham Planner lists clubs, classes, groups and events in and around Grantham, so you can see what fits the time you actually have.

Where the information comes from

Organisers add and update their own listings. We also research public information — websites, timetables and notices — and re-check it regularly. Every listing shows when its details were last confirmed.

Who gets the final say

Information confirmed by the organiser always wins. If our automatic checks see something different on a website, a person reviews it — nothing an organiser has confirmed is overwritten automatically.

Prices

If an organiser hasn’t published a price, we say “Price not published”. We never guess, and we never show an unknown price as free.

Booking

You book directly with the organiser. The Planner doesn’t take payments or bookings, and adding something to your calendar isn’t a booking.

Spotted a mistake?

Every listing has “Something not right? Tell us”. Organisers can add or claim their listing.
