Safety & Encouragement Hi Ladies, Please join us at 17:30 Monday-Friday at the corner of New Beacon Way ( Maple Leaf Care Home) to begin the 10 000 step route. We will advise via the WhatsApp chat which route depending on weather/trail conditions. *Anyone is welcome and welcome to bring a friend, the more the merrier and all fitness levels welcome whether you’d like to walk, jog or run. 🐶Doggos on a lead also welcome to join🦮🐕🦺🐩🐕 As it’s winter and likely to be dark, please wear reflective/light colour clothing and may we suggest a headlamp/torch (works better than a phone light.
